Receptacles shall not be located closer than 50 feet to any residential structure.
- Dumpster screening
Dumpsters and other approved collection receptacles shall be either screened, enclosed or otherwise blocked from public view. Such screening or enclosure shall be designed in conjunction with the primary building, shall use similar materials and shall provide complete obscurity of the dumpster.
- Vermin-proof containers
All organic rubbish shall be contained in vermin-proof containers with tightly fitting lids.
