an evergreen hedge or other approved landscape form shall be planted along the edge between the parking lot and the road frontage. The hedge should reach a minimum of three (3) feet in height at maturity.

The construction of detached single-family dwellings on individual lots or parcels within the EC-O corridor which are not located within a residential subdivision are exempt from this section.

The EC-O District regulations shall be applied as an overlay zone to those designated entrance corridors herein below referenced in sub-section B and for which a corridor master plan has been adopted.
