  in no instance shall be less than ten (10) percent of the total construction cost of the improvements subject to the bond.

• Maintenance bond period2 years

  The maintenance bond may be released at the end of two (2) years from the date of city acceptance of responsibility.

• Minimum bond period12 months

  The period of the initial bond (surety) agreement shall be not less than twelve (12) months from its effective date.
