  • Action on site plan period60 calendar days

    The zoning administrator shall review the site plan and all comments received from the reviewing agencies and shall take action to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the site plan within sixty (60) calendar days of the determination of completeness, unless a different time period is agreed to by the applicant.
