  • Building permit required

    A building permit is required from the county and a copy has to be filed with the town within ten business days of the placement of the use on the site.

  • Duration until occupancy

    The use is permitted until the issuance of the last occupancy permit is approved for the development and until the completion of any bonded public improvements.

  • Location requirements

    The use shall be located on a lot that is within a recorded subdivision or on a lot with an approved site plan or a lot with an approved building location zoning.
