Parking
- Electric vehicle charging stations
Electric vehicle charging stations may be permitted in any parking lot. Such spaces shall be counted toward the number of required spaces provided they are constructed to the standards Section 42-286(c) and permit unrestricted use.
- Fractional spaces round up
Where fractional spaces result, the parking spaces required shall be construed to be the next highest whole number.
- Handicapped parking
All non-residential uses shall provide handicapped accessible parking in accordance with the latest edition of the International Building Code (IBC) and the most current Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).

Any use which is established, expanded or changed shall be required to provide the minimum number of off-street parking areas as specified in this section.
