Any group of 2 or more commercial uses of a predominately retail nature which: A. Are designed as a single commercial group, whether or not located on the same lot; B. Are under common ownership or management; C. Are connected by party walls, partitions, canopies, or other structural members to form 1 continuous structure or, if located in separate buildings, are interconnected by walkways and accessways designed to facilitate customer interchange between the uses; D. Share a common parking area; and E. Otherwise present the appearance of 1 continuous commercial area.
