From the ordinance
The renting of a portion or the entirety of a dwelling unit as an accessory use to a principal dwelling unit for a period of fewer than 30 consecutive days, and no more than 180 days per calendar year, in exchange for a charge for the occupancy or other consideration. The Operator must occupy the dwelling unit that the Short-Term Rental, Residential Accessory use is accessory to for a minimum of 185 days out of the calendar year.
