From the ordinance
A lot or structure that offers parking as an accessory or principal use of the premises pursuant to 4.07.03. This includes any part of a shared parking arrangement approved pursuant to Section 7.06.08. A parking facility is not used to store dismantled or wrecked motor vehicles, vehicle parts, or junk, or as an automobile sales lot.
