The Board of Supervisors must grant approval if the applicant can demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the Board of Supervisors that the nonconformities are not likely to be adversely affected by the proposed conversion.
From the ordinance
As provided in Section 1.03.02.F, a Special Exception is required for conversion condominiums that do not conform to zoning, land use, or Site Plan regulations.
