Owners of ADU who fail to submit executed affidavits or certifications, as required by Chapter 9, will be assessed a civil penalty in the amount of $100.00 per day per ADU unit, until such affidavit or certificate is filed, but only after written notice to the ADU owner at the ADU address and a 10-day compliance period is provided
