Owners and tenants of Affordable Dwelling Units (ADU) pursuant to Chapter 9 who falsely swear or who execute an affidavit or certification required by Chapter 9 knowing the statements contained therein to be false are guilty of a Class II misdemeanor and subject to fines totaling up to $1,000.00.
