- Aerial photo coverage distance2,000 ft
One aerial photograph, at a scale of 1" = 200' and certified as flown not earlier than 6 months prior, which includes all land included in the application and within 2,000 feet of the area covered by the application.
- Contiguous area distance500 ft
The plat must show the contiguous area within 500 feet of such proposed limits or such greater distance as may be specified by the Zoning Administrator.
- Plat scale200 ft per inch
Five copies of a plat prepared by an engineer or surveyor licensed by the State, drawn to a scale of 1" = 200'.
