Applications must provide sufficient information to demonstrate compliance with standards in Chapter 6. The Zoning Administrator may require the applicant to submit information showing existing conditions... prepared at a scale of 1 inch = 200 feet; planimetric detail at 5-foot (or less) contour intervals; and the location of any steep slope areas, rivers, streams, forests, tree cover, and approximate location of any on-site floodplain.
