Parking
- Business vehicle parking
One business vehicle may be parked or stored on any residential lot with a principal structure, provided such vehicle is parked in an enclosed garage, accessory structure, approved off-street parking area, or behind the nearest portion of buildings to streets; and used by a resident of the premises.
- Commercial vehicle parking on residential lots
Commercial vehicles may not be parked on any residential lot, except as provided in Section 7.06.07.C.1.b.
- Major recreational equipment parking
Major Recreational Equipment must not be parked or stored in residential districts, except as follows: in accordance with Codified Ordinances of Loudoun County § 480.10; parked anywhere on a residential lot for a period not exceeding 48 hours; and under a carport, within an enclosed building, or behind the nearest portion of a building to a road. Major recreational equipment cannot be used for living or sleeping purposes.
