- EV charging station parking space size
Any electric vehicle charging station parking space must meet the size of a parking space as required by the Facilities Standards Manual.
- EV charging spaces zoning permit
Electric vehicle charging spaces and infrastructure must receive Zoning Permit approval.

Electric vehicle infrastructure and parking is not required unless: a. A parking adjustment has been approved... b. The site is located within an Urban, Suburban, or Office and Industrial Zoning District; and c. The development consists of at least 10,000 square feet of additional gross floor area.
