Building height limitations do not apply to towers, gables, penthouses, scenery lofts, cupolas, barns, silos, farm buildings, residential chimneys, spires, flag poles, monuments, utility lines, telecommunications facilities, etc. Also smokestacks, water tanks, radio/tv towers if height does not exceed distance to nearest lot line and located within public utility easement.
