Any property with 20 or more parking spaces must include interior parking area landscaping: at least 5% of gross area, min 130 sq ft per area, 10 plant units per 150 sq ft, no parking space more than 80 ft from a large deciduous tree. Peripheral parking area landscaping: min height 30 inches, 50 plant units per 100 linear feet in 10-ft strip.
