The following structures are permitted in all setbacks and yards, provided applicable sight distances are met: fences and walls, ground level structures not over 30 inches, awnings projecting no more than 4 feet, bay windows projecting no more than 30 inches, architectural features projecting no more than 24 inches into side/rear or 3 feet into front, porches projecting max 3 feet, etc.
