Garage and driveway parking spaces count toward minimum required spaces for residential dwelling units, except as required in Section 7.06.11.D. Fully enclosed, dwelling unit specific garage spaces are calculated as 0.5 spaces. The following dwelling units must provide at least 0.5 spaces per dwelling unit as off lot parking spaces: a.
