Any development with more than 50 parking spaces in Urban, Suburban, or Office and Industrial Zoning Districts may provide car share parking spaces. To be eligible for a parking adjustment pursuant to Section 7.06.02.C.4.c, car share spaces must be provided as follows: 1. One car share parking space for parking facilities with 51 to 149 parking spaces; and 2. For parking facilities with 150 or more parking spaces, 1 additional car share parking space is required for each 100 parking spaces, up to a maximum requirement of 5. Car share spaces must be located within 100 feet of the building entrance.
