- Conditions for required EV parking
Electric vehicle infrastructure and parking is not required unless: a. A parking adjustment has been approved pursuant to Section 10.16, Section 10.11.01, or Section 10.11.05; b. The site is located within an Urban, Suburban, or Office and Industrial Zoning District; and c. The development consists of at least 10,000 square feet of additional gross floor area.
- EV charging space size
Any electric vehicle charging station parking space must meet the size of a parking space as required by the Facilities Standards Manual.
- Zoning permit required
Electric vehicle charging spaces and infrastructure must receive Zoning Permit approval.
