Parking
- Maximum alternative transportation parking reduction35 pct
Required parking may be reduced by up to 35% through any combination of the following.
- Car-share parking reduction (nonresidential)3 spaces per 1 car-share space
A reduction of 3 parking spaces per 1 car-share space for nonresidential uses.
- Car-share parking reduction (residential)2 spaces per 1 car-share space
A reduction of 2 parking spaces per 1 car-share space for residential uses.
- Long-term bicycle parking reduction1 space per 2 bicycle spaces
A reduction of 1 parking space per 2 long-term bicycle parking spaces is granted for any use that provides and maintains long-term bicycle parking.
- Transit proximity parking reduction25 pct
A reduction of up to 25% of required parking is granted based on proximity to transit in accordance with Table 7.06.02-2.
