• AHUs before 50% market (for less than 100% substitution)50 pct

  Certificates of Occupancy for 50% of the AHUs must be issued prior to issuance of more than 50% of the Certificates of Occupancy for the market rate dwelling units

• AHUs before 75% market (for less than 100% substitution)75 pct

  Certificates of Occupancy for 75% of the AHUs must be issued prior to issuance of more than 75% of the Certificates of Occupancy for the market rate dwelling units

• AHUs before 90% market (for less than 100% substitution)100 pct

  Certificates of Occupancy for 100% of the AHUs must be issued prior to issuance of more than 90% of the Certificates of Occupancy for the market rate dwelling units

• Permitted primary building materials for MFA AHU buildings

  Brick; Concrete masonry units, split faced or burnished; Glass - clear; Glass - architectural panels; Metal panels; Stone or synthetic equivalent; Tile masonry or terra cotta; Stucco or EIFS (reinforced); Cementitious siding or cement fiber board; Premium Grade vinyl siding

• AHUs must use same exterior materials as market rate

  SFD, SFA, and MFS AHUs must utilize the same exterior building materials and be of a similar architectural style to the market rate dwelling unit(s) of the same dwelling unit type

• Permitted secondary building materials for MFA AHU buildings

  Brick - panel/veneer, imprint or overlay system; Concrete masonry units, flush/plain, split faced, or burnished; Cementitious siding or cement fiber board; Gypsum reinforced fiber concrete; Wood siding; Metal panels; Cast stone; Composite wood trim; Fiber reinforced plastic; Pre-cast concrete (trim and cornice elements only); Premium Grade vinyl siding
