The minimum lot size is 12 acres. Hours of operation are limited from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The maximum height of sawdust or wood chip piles is 25 feet. The maximum allowable dB(A) level of impulsive sound emitted by the use, as measured at the property line, is 55 dB(A). Sawmills in the GI Zoning District must set back all structures 200 feet from any adjacent residentially zoned property.
