The minimum setback for accessory structures and parking is the greater of 25 feet from any rights-of-way, private access easements, and property lines adjoining agricultural or residential zoning districts, or the minimum yard requirements of adjoining zoning districts.

The minimum setback for principal structures is the greater of 100 feet from property lines, the minimum yard requirements of the applicable zoning district, or the adjacent zoning district setback requirements.
