The area of the lot used to form funeral processions must have direct, but limited, access to a public road. Sufficient car stacking space must be provided on the lot.

The minimum lot area for any Cemetery is 10 acres. The maximum floor area ratio is 0.04. The minimum setback is 50 feet from lot lines.
