The minimum lot area is: a. Seating capacity of 300 or fewer seats: 10 acres. b. Seating capacity of more than 300 seats, or Religious Assembly uses with any accessory uses: 20 acres. The maximum floor area ratio is 0.20. The minimum setbacks from lot lines are: a. 75 feet for structures; and b. 100 feet for parking.
