From the ordinance
The number of rooms used for overnight accommodations for guests must not exceed 4 per parcel. For single family detached development, max 8 guests; for multifamily or SFA, max 4 guests. A Dwelling Unit must only be used for a maximum of 180 days per calendar year. 1 off-street parking space must be provided.
