From the ordinance
The number of rooms used for overnight accommodations for guests must not exceed 5 per parcel. The total number of guests permitted per night must not exceed a maximum of 10 guests per parcel. 1 off-street parking space must be provided. The maximum height of pole-mounted exterior lighting is 12 feet.
