Only 1 Bed and Breakfast Inn and its related uses and accessory uses, is permitted on a lot in the AR-1, AR-2, and A-3 Zoning Districts. The number of guest rooms must not exceed 10. The minimum lot area is 5 acres. The maximum Floor Area Ratio is 0.04. Parking must be setback 40 feet from all lot lines.
