No one Multifamily Stacked (MFS) structure is permitted to exceed 8 MFS Dwelling Units on the ground floor. In TRC: MFA permitted in Inner Core, Outer Core, TDSA; MFS only in TDSA with alley, garage, and entrance requirements. In TC: MFS in Town Center Core with similar design; max 30% of total units; land area max 10%. In TCC: only above first-floor nonresidential.
