The maximum floor area ratio is 0.04. The minimum required yards are: Level I – small scale: 50 feet minimum from all lot lines; Level II – medium scale: 100 feet minimum from all lot lines; and Level III and IV – large scale and above: 150 feet minimum from all lot lines.
