- Conversion prohibition
The work component of the Live/Work Dwelling must remain commercial and cannot be converted to a residential use. The live component must remain residential and cannot be converted to a commercial use.

No portion of the Live/Work Dwelling may be sold separately.
- Primary residence requirement
