Buildings and parking must be setback a minimum of 300 feet from Route 50.
From the ordinance
The maximum lot size must not exceed 20 acres. The maximum density must not exceed 16 units per acre. The use must be located in areas served by public water and sanitary sewer, with access only from a collector road, and buildings and parking must be setback a minimum of 300 feet from Route 50. A minimum of 35% of the total land area must consist of parks and/or open space. The development must be designated age-restricted and at least 80% of the units must be occupied by at least 1 person 55 years of age or older per unit.
