Accessory Dwellings must not exceed the following maximum size: In Transition, Rural, and JLMA districts, the lesser of 70% of gross floor area of principal structure and 2,500 sq ft. In Urban districts, the lesser of 70% and 1,200 sq ft. In Suburban districts, the lesser of 50% and 1,200 sq ft. Only 1 Accessory Dwelling is permitted on a lot of less than 20 acres.
