Geographic extent: Permitted on Rural Economy Cluster Lots and Common Open Space Lots for sewer/water pumping stations; municipal water well on Rural Economy Cluster Lots only. Municipal water well is the only Minor Utility permitted in TSN, TCC, TCN, SN-4, SN-6, SCN-8, SCN-16, SCN-24 districts.
