  • Type B buffer required adjacent to residential

    The structures, storage, and parking areas and/or the perimeter of the property must have a Buffer Type B to screen such areas from adjacent residential buildings

Setback

  • Minimum distance from existing residential dwelling500 ft

    No structure may be located within 500 feet of an existing residential dwelling.

From the ordinance

Buildings must be set back a minimum of 75 feet from all property lines. Parking, driveways (other than entrance) and storage yards must be set back at least 75 feet from the property line along any road frontage, and at least 50 feet from all other property lines. No structure may be located within 500 feet of an existing residential dwelling. The total Floor Area Ratio for all structures must not exceed 0.1.
