Drive-through facilities are not permitted in conjunction with Restaurant uses. Restaurant uses with a seating area of 1,000 square feet or less are permitted. Restaurant uses with a seating area greater than 1,000 square feet require Minor Special Exception review and approval pursuant to Section 10.11.
