Signage
Signs with any of the following characteristics are prohibited and cannot be amended through the Sign Development process: 1. Signs Not Enumerated; 2. Off-Premise Signs; 3. Snipe Signs; 4. Attention-Getting Devices; 5. Traffic Hazards; 6. Obscene Signs; 7. Illegal Activity. Additionally, signs with neon/lighted outlines and animated signs are prohibited except as specifically permitted with the approval of a Sign Development Plan.
