Signage
- Art display or mural permit
An Art Display or Mural requires a Sign Permit. If the Art Display or Mural is located in a Historic Overlay District, a Certificate of Appropriateness is also required (Section 10.12).
- Sign development plan
An applicant may request a Sign Development Plan pursuant to Section 10.11.03 for alternative sign regulations.
- Sign permit required
If Chapter 8 requires a Sign Permit, the sign is not allowed to be erected without obtaining a Sign Permit pursuant to Section 10.05.
- Sign removal correction time5 business days
Within 5 business days of the receipt of the order, the owner or violator must correct the sign based on the Zoning Administrator's order.
- Sign removal extension time10 business days
The Zoning Administrator may grant 1 extension of time, not to exceed 10 business days, based on a written justification for the need of an extension that is accepted by the Zoning Administrator.
