From the ordinance
Off-street parking and loading must be provided in accordance with Section 7.06 and as follows: on the side and rear of the lot if feasible; if off-street parking is provided in the front, then the parking area is not permitted to be wider than the area needed for one row of parking; and regardless of the number of parking spaces provided, where off-street parking is provided in the front, the parking must be screened, landscaped, and buffered pursuant to Section 7.04.06.B.2 so it is not visible from the roadway.
