- Buffering and screening requirements
Yards, berms, vegetative screening, fences, or walls must be provided to buffer residential Zoning Districts and public roads from uses allowed in the GB Zoning District. Outdoor storage, off-street parking areas, service areas must be screened so not visible from road.
