Off-street parking and loading must be provided in accordance with Section 7.06 and as follows: on the side and rear of the lot if feasible; if off-street parking is provided in the front, then the parking area is not permitted to be wider than the area needed for one row of parking; and regardless of the number of parking spaces provided, where off-street parking is provided in the front, the parking must be screened, landscaped, and buffered pursuant to Section 7.04.06.B.2 so it is not visible from the roadway.

The RC Zoning District permits the continued development of the established RC Zoning District. Expansion of the RC Zoning District is not permitted after December 13, 2023, unless initiated by the Board of Supervisors.
