Standards for Sensitive, Somewhat Sensitive, and Highly Sensitive Areas set out in Tables 5.04-1, 5.04-2, 5.04-3, and References 10 and 11 of Table 5.04-4 may be modified by Special Exception Review procedures set forth in Section 10.11.01 if the applicant demonstrates that no alternatives exist on areas with slopes less than 15% or areas outside of the MOD and if the application satisfies the public purpose of those standards to an equivalent degree.
