STORE, ADULT: An establishment that: (1) Offers for sale or rent items from any of the following categories: (a) Adult media; (b) Sexually oriented goods; or (c) Goods marketed or presented in a context to suggest their use for specified sexual activities; and (2) The combination of such items constitutes more than 15% of its stock-in-trade or occupies more than 15% of its gross public floor area; and (3) Where there is no on-site consumption of the goods, media or performances for sale or rent.
