• Micro-wireless facility permit exempt

  The installation, placement, maintenance or replacement of micro-wireless facilities that are suspended on cables or lines that are strung between existing utility poles shall not require any permit from the City

• Small cell facility additional fee (per facility)50 usd

  The fee for processing small cell facility applications shall be $100 for each application proposing up to five small cell facilities and $50 for each additional small cell facility proposed on a permit application.

• Small cell facility application fee (up to 5 facilities)100 usd

  A completed application shall be deemed approved if the Director of Planning fails to approve or disapprove the application within the periods specified above or any agreed extension thereof.

• Balloon test may be required

  A balloon test at the proposed site may also be required at the discretion of the Planning Director or designee.

  the applicant shall indicate on a map the location of all existing towers, and all buildings and structures suitable for the proposed communication facilities within a two-mile radius of the proposed communication tower site

  Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to prohibit the denial of an application if the proposed height of any wireless support structure, wireless facility, or wireless support structure with attached wireless facilities exceeds 50 feet above ground level.
