No such activity shall be located closer than three hundred (300) feet to a residential use.

Such activities are permitted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Night operations shall be permitted only if there is a lighting plan approved by the Zoning Administrator which provides for safe lighting without excessive glare.
