A Mixed Use Center shall contain between 100,000 and 350,000 gross square feet of nonresidential uses. No more than 250,000 square feet of nonresidential uses shall be commercial and the balance shall be office use. In no case shall commercial uses provided exceed office use by a ratio of more than 2.5 to 1.
