These regulations apply to all zoning permit applications in the Town of Lawrenceville except the following: a. Construction, reconstruction, moving or addition to a single-family detached dwelling or permitted accessory structure, including associated grading and clearing; b. Construction, reconstruction, moving or addition to a duplex two-unit dwelling, including associated grading and clearing, when development is not in conjunction with the construction, reconstruction, moving or addition to other duplexes on the same lot or on an adjacent lot under the same ownership; [and] c. Additions to buildings or uses which do not result in an increase of greater than ten percent of the floor area of a building and where the number of required parking spaces is increased no more than six spaces.
